A division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) on Wednesday sought a report of inquiry conducted into alleged extra-judicial killing of Sardar Abdul Rahman Baloch aka Rahman Dacait and also put IG Sindh, City Chief Police Officer (CCPO) and SHO of Steel Town PS for February 03.

The bench was hearing four constitution petitions filed by Farzana Rahman Baloch widow of Sardar Rahman Baloch, sisters of Aurangzeb Baba and others who were gunned down in an alleged encounter with CID police. Abdul Rehman Baloch and his three colleagues were allegedly gunned down in the limits of Steel Town PS when they were intercepted by a CID party headed by SSP Choudhry Aslam.
